Outline
The Heinrich Böll Student Scholarships by the Heinrich Böll Stiftung (The Green Political Foundation) support graduate students of all subjects in Germany. Applications close every year on March 1 and September 1.
What is funded
The funding is up to 992 EUR/month for the regular duration of the studies. The scholarship provides a monthly study costs allowance of up to 300 EUR/month + potential family allowances + other benefits depending on whether the candidate is an EU national and whether the previous degree was from a German institution.
Duration
Regular duration of study, up to 3 years.
Eligibility
Applicants must be study in Germany and be proficient in German (at least B2 Level or DSH2). Furthermore, applicants need a good academic record and political and social commitments.
